Watch Wednesday “The GIFT of an Ordinary Day”
Cherish your ordinary days with your babies and little ones now. Enjoy all the moments.
I just watched this on YouTube. Katrina Kenison reads to a group from her book… a mother’s memior “The GIFT of an Ordinary Day” with music played by her son.
Since all my children are grown, it speaks to me as she wrote it. You may get a glimpse of your future feelings.
Very well done..
ENJOY !

I registered my first baby for kindergarten yesterday. This is just going way, way too fast for me. 😦
My first baby will be graduating this June and this just sums up how I
have been feeling for a long time now….since she first started Middle
School I realized that time was FLYING way too quickly for me.
Enjoying what’s left of my ordinary days with her. 😉
Thank you for posting this. What a gifted writer she is and a heart-warming reflection on motherhood over the years. I am inspired to relish the ordinary moments more than I already do. I adore bed time snuggles, walks in the park and sitting around the dinner table holding hands. Thankfully my girls are just 3 and 1 — yet time is already flying.
